On the radio the other day, the annoucers were talking about "What is the greatest song ever written?" And I still can't seem to decide which song I think is the greatest song ever written...
Any other thoughts?

Admittedly, that was the first thing that crossed my mind. But now, I'm thinking, maybe something from The Beatles or Abba? But then I also can't decide what constitutes a great song.
Hmmm. 'One' is very good.
But I'd be tempted to go Old Skool. Really Old School. Back to revelation and the angels singing round the throne, been sung to many tunes over the years.

Without a doubt, the best song has to be "I'm a little teapot, FAT and stout" (okay, so i changed a word or too)....
I'm pretty sure it is and has been and will be "Holy, Holy, Holy, Lord God Almighty" in it's umpteenth versions, written in every style; ancient and contemporary; chant or punk; country or rock.... for always and forever.
